Brilliant weekend at the three counties show, beautiful show, wonderful people and great competition. Chuffed with my results. 2nd 3rd and 4th in the static class, 4th in the live with the hanging treble cleft and won the public vote. Well done to everyone else who competed, next up royal Welsh.

Really pleased with the results from the Royal Cornwall show this weekend. Pulled a 2nd 3rd and commended for some of my pieces. Onto the three counties show this weekend so fingers crossed.

First element to the Gothic mirror project. Really pleased with progress so far, need to now think about the Gothic style embellishment I’m going to put around the frame. I think this might be my biggest challenge yet. 🤯😳

There’s something special about making your own tools. This is the first hammer I’ve made in over 30 years and pretty chuffed with the results.

Bit late but Great weekend at farmfest blacksmithing for the weekend, haven’t done a lot of tool smithing for 30 years so went at it hammer and tongs for 3 days. getting some hammers and tools made was brilliant. working with other smiths young and old is always a great experience. Roll on to the next show.
