📍Queen Elizabeth Road – Porch Update

This porch project is progressing nicely and really starting to take shape.

✅ Masonry complete
✅ Traditional cut roof
✅ Double Roman roof tiles installed
✅ UPVC fascia and soffits fitted
✅ Composite door and side screen installed
✅ Block paving reinstated

As we prepare this one for plastering and screeding this week, we’ll be heading back to 📍Golden Farm Road to complete the second fix works and bring that project to a close over the coming weeks.

Great progress across both sites, and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished results soon

We were incredibly proud to sponsor the Friends of Watermoor - FOW Colour Run this weekend and support such a fantastic event.

Seeing so many children laughing, running, and covered head to toe in colour was absolutely brilliant. The energy, smiles, and sense of community made it such a special day for everyone involved.

At Cotswold Construction Specialists Ltd, we love being able to support local events that bring people together and create happy memories for families and children. A huge well done to everyone who organised the event, especially Jessica Waters and Becca Tree, and to all the amazing participants who made the day so much fun!

We kicked off the week starting a new porch project 🔨

This amazing addition to the front of this home will create extra space and a beautiful entrance, all on one level for easy access.

So far we’ve completed:
✅ Ground cleared
✅ Excavations dug
✅ Concrete foundations poured
✅ Blockwork construction underway

Looking forward to seeing this one come together 👌

Check out this roof 👀

As we wait for SW Roofing to arrive this coming week, we’ve been cracking on and now have the truss roof installed and ready for tiling.

✅ Trusses installed
✅ Masonry gables
✅ Black uPVC fascia
✅ Internal stud walls

Looking forward to getting this one covered over so the internal works can really push on.
