🔬 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀? This is a key question for embryologists evaluating potential changes in cryopreservation workflows.

A recent peer-reviewed study on Kitazato Ultra-Fast Warming (UFW) protocol in blastocysts by Hakan Yelke et al., provides robust clinical data from 3,167 blastocyst transfers comparing UFW with conventional warming protocols and solutions.

Key findings:
📌 Survival >99% in both groups
📌 Live Birth Rate: comparable between groups (63.7% vs 57.0%)
📌 Improved CPR and OPR observed in euploid embryos
📌 No differences in neonatal outcomes

Prior to clinical implementation, the warming protocol and solutions were technically validated and subsequently evaluated across PGT and non-PGT cycles, as well as across different female age groups.
