When someone else fits a new boiler and doesn’t upgrade anything else. 34 year old cylinder with no hot water interlock, looked like it had been leaking for ages. New cylinder. Upgrade to fully pumped system, rewire, remove blockage from cold feed.

(And yes I wired the immersion heater back in.)
