Completed Refurb Works at the Luxurious Taj Hotel, St James Court.

Phelan making good progress at Great Bentley Primary School. 👍

The new building is now watertight the external windows and doors have been fitted; the single ply membrane roof was completed yesterday. We are expecting the brick and block outer skin to be complete by next week.

Internally all the walls to ground and 1st floor have been erected and are currently being boarded once the installation of the electrical containment has been completed. The heating units have been fitted to the ceilings and are now being ducted. We are expecting the Cedral to the external walls above 1st floor and the to the roof to start after easter. We also have trenching work and ducts to lay in them during the easter half term when we are able to access the school area these works also include a fire hydrant to the far side of the school as these areas can only be accessed when the school isn’t live. 🏫

Logistic Challenges at Liverpool.

It was a tight squeeze for the mobile tower crane to get the PV Kit to the roofs of Liverpool’s . The cramped confines of the street demanded meticulous planning by everyone.

We worked closely with the hotel teams to minimise any disruption to normal day service for the hotel team and the guests.

The operation was a huge success!

🌍Decarbonisation Project

Installation of , heat pumps and new water cylinders completed at Liverpool and Milton Keynes, next stop Sheffield.

Works include design, supply, and installation of a new PV panels to the roof and replacing the gas boiler hot-water generating system with air-source heat pumps.

Transportion of the kit to the roofs took meticulous planning to account for everything from the delivery of the kit to the holding warehouse, crane and licenses, traffic management, road closures, and then crane on site and the delivery of the kit to be lifted.

We worked closely with the hotel teams so as not to cause any disruption to normal day service for the hotel team and the guests as we were working in a live hotel environment
