After plenty of wet wall panelling recently, it was nice to bring the tile cutter out of retirement! 😅

Patterned porcelain floor tiles, large format wall tiles, a sleek vanity unit, walk-in shower and chrome towel radiator all coming together to create a timeless finish. Another happy customer!

Sometimes it’s not just about the job—it’s about doing the right thing. 🤝

This elderly customer had unfortunately been let down after paying for work that had been completed to a very poor standard. As you can see from the video, the wall panels were barely attached and needed to be completely redone.

With the customer’s budget already stretched, we carried out all the remedial work at cost to help put things right.

She also couldn’t afford to replace the flooring and was happy to leave it as it was, but we wanted her to have a finished room she could be proud of. So we supplied and installed a brand new LVT floor completely free of charge.

Quality workmanship, honesty and looking after our customers will always come first.

Another great week of progress at our Halstead Road project.

✅ External walls built up to wall plate level
✅ Structural works completed
✅ First floor joists and flooring installed
✅ Ready for the next stage – the hand-cut roof
