Another great week of progress at our Halstead Road project.

✅ External walls built up to wall plate level
✅ Structural works completed
✅ First floor joists and flooring installed
✅ Ready for the next stage – the hand-cut roof

The build is taking shape nicely, and we’re looking forward to seeing the roof structure come together over the coming days.

Not every job is straightforward… but that’s where we step in 👷‍♂️

This one turned into a bit of a battle from the start—
tiles on top of tiles meant full new walls,
and floor tiles laid onto Altro flooring meant a complete new subfloor.

Stripped back, rebuilt properly, and done the right way ✔️

No cutting corners, no quick fixes—just solid work from the ground up.

Still turned it around on time and delivered a clean, high-quality finish 🔥
