Yesterday, we attended the UK Atomic Energy Authority SME Exhibition and Connect Event, learning more about the opportunities to support UKAEA's mission and connecting with organisations across the wider supply chain.

It was great to see the level of innovation taking place across the industry and to have valuable conversations about how we can collaborate, share expertise and work together to deliver even more.

Thank you to UKAEA for facilitating a great event and bringing the wider supply chain together.

Happy 5 year anniversary to Imi Tait 👏🏼

Huge congratulations to Imi, who is celebrating five years at React. Imi is one of our Senior Consultants and has become an integral part of the team, making a real impact through her work, expertise and everything she brings to the team.

"Five years ago I moved my life across the country to join React as an Engineering Consultant. Since then, I have made a life for myself in Cumbria that would not have been possible without the support and friendship of my colleagues. I have developed into a better consultant through the high level of trust and responsibility that React have given me and for that I'm really grateful!".

Have you seen the new artwork at The FLAX Cafe by Gemma Keith Designs?

It looks incredible and brings the history of The Flaxworks to life.

With so many local people having their own connection to our building, we are sure the artwork will become a real talking point in the Cafe for locals and visitors alike.

A big thank you to GenR8 North for commissioning this fantastic piece and celebrating the heritage of the building.

If you would like to learn more about the making of the artwork and the inspiration behind it, take a look here:

Happy 5 year work anniversary to Cian Holliday 🎉

Cian is one of our Senior Consultants and a valued member of the React team.

Reflecting on his last five years, Cian said: "I’ve had a great five years. It’s really important to me that I feel valued, so I really appreciate the level of trust React has given me. I think that trust has provided me with great opportunities to develop, while also making me feel supported throughout that development.

I also think that React really is about its people, and it’s the relationships with my colleagues that make it such a great place to work. For me, that’s certainly the main thing - it genuinely feels like a second family."

A huge thank you to Cian, for everything you've brought to the team over the past five years. Here's to many more!
