316 Stainless Steel WaterJet Cut Blank machined back from 450gms to 90gm butterfly valve wafer.

Aluminium Bronze Triple Offset Valve seat. Machined on a 3 axis Hurco using a Harvii 1TE ball nose and end mill. Still saving for a 5 axis!!

Added the split spacers to our eBay shop. These slide over the bolt, allowing you to move them from one side of the rose joint to the other, helping you dial in your setup.

Hook hole at the top so they can be pulled out with a small screwdriver.

Cut from Stainless Steel so they wont rust on our WaterJet - no stress cracking.
