We had an unexpected visitor on site in Grimsby today… 👑🔧

King Charles popped in to see how the job was going and couldn’t resist lending a hand. After a quick brew and a chat, he rolled up his sleeves and helped our apprentice Lawson fix a radiator. 😆

To be fair, Lawson did most of the work, but His Majesty was excellent at pointing at things and saying, “I wonder if it’s this bit?” 🤔

We’re now considering adding “Royal Plumbing Consultant” to the company payroll.

Another one completed on the Stenigot Estate, Lincolnshire ✅

We’ve just finished re-plumbing the second property as part of an ongoing project to modernise these homes and transition them to renewable forms of heating. ♻️🔥
This full re-plumb sets the property up for a far more efficient, future-proof system — improving performance, reducing energy consumption, and preparing the house for low-carbon heating solutions.

It’s great to be involved in a project that not only upgrades the infrastructure of these properties but also helps move them towards a more sustainable future.

🔧 Exciting New Project Starting Next Week! 🔧

Next week we’re kicking off a fantastic new project on the beautiful Stenigot Estate in Lincolnshire — and we can’t wait to get started.
We’ll be fully re-plumbing one of the estate’s old houses as part of an ongoing renovation programme designed to bring these properties up to modern standards while preserving their character.
♻️ A major part of the upgrade will be installing a brand-new air source heat pump system, replacing the older heating setup with a far more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solution.

This upgrade will:
Improve energy efficiency
Lower running costs
Reduce carbon emissions
Future-proof the property’s heating system

It’s always exciting working on period properties — combining traditional buildings with modern, sustainable heating technology is what we do best.
