From screen to stack: how we make bespoke shaker doors 👇

Every door starts in Cabinet Vision, drawn to match the cabinets we build, with the hinge drilling exactly where it needs to be.

Before we cut anything, the whole program is simulated in Biesse bSuite. Then it's over to our new Rover: pocketing the panel, a V-tool to sharpen every inside corner, and swept off the machine dust-free.

Labelled, stacked and ready to go. All made in-house in Clevedon.
