Hard to believe that this living room used to be the garage of this period property. The living room was subdivided between a garage and a reception room. We reinstated the Victorian sash window and the chimney breast by removing the partition wall.

Before, during and after. We removed the shed and lean to extension to create a new functional utility room. The rear bay window was also removed and so was the partition wall dividing the kitchen to create a contemporary open plan space with a large opening.
