Good morning, another busy week here at Telsa.
New trolleys fabricated for product movement around a customer's warehouse.
Large warehouse barriers are being made then delivered to be powder coated before installation on site.
Also, we're in the process of fabricating numerous stainless steel trolleys for a food produce customer (photos to follow later when finished).
Chris is currently on site for numerous days supporting a customer during their planned shutdown period.

We've been really busy lately and haven't posted for a while, apologies for that.
Here's a quick look at some things going on.
Stainless steel box section for fabricating trolleys, a steel hopper for the transition of components from a basket to a conveyor, and an 8mm aluminium table top for a pharmaceutical laboratory.
A few things are currently being powder coated before they can be installed at customer's sites, and more fabrication requests are incoming.

Another job which Steve fabricated in the workshop and was installed on site at one of our loyal customers. This drawer is for the transfer of consumables from one room to another without people needing to cross between the clean room areas.

This weekend Steve was on site with support from Dan to move 3 ovens which cure rubber components. The overhead extraction ducting required modifying to accommodate the new positions. We used the existing ducting and changed the layout of it to reduce the cost at the customer's request. This proved to be quite challenging as it was bonded together and care was needed when dismantling sections which were needed on the new layout.
Also, Chris was on site elsewhere at a different customer to install inspection hatches on their extraction ducting.

Today Steve and Chris are busy finishing off fabricating walkways which are to be installed on site tomorrow at a food processing factory, Steve requested the support of Dan at DBT Engineering to attend another customer in Longridge this morning to install some safety barriers.

Recently we're seeing an increase in damaged alloy wheels which require repairing, most likely caused by the condition of the local roads.
Steve had these repaired and delivered back to the tyre garage within the day so the motorists were able to have their cars back in use and hopefully have minimal disruption.

Good evening, here's an update on the trolleys we fabricated for a customer to try out. They were impressed with the use of them, being able to transport goods/parts around their manufacturing processes, and they ordered some more.

2024 looks to be another busy year for Steve and Chris (who seems to suffer with "baa Humbug" 🤣).

Good evening, apologies for the lack of posts we've been really busy with our work load keeping customers happy.
We were contacted by Dan at DBT Engineering who had installed a new sectional belt on this conveyor for a mutual customer of ours, requesting new guards to be fabricated to prevent entrapment while the machine is in process.
Steve attended the customer's department and discussed what was required with the person who uses the machine daily, and then fabricated both guards in Telsa's workshop before delivering and fitting them.
Now the safety systems are in place the machine was handed over to production.

One of our loyal customers contacted us with a request, to fabricate a sample trolley which will be used to transport components around their production factory. Here's the sample, and if it's a success with their employees, then more will be ordered for us to produce.
First impressions after sending a photo to the customer are very positive, and they're looking forward to receiving delivery tomorrow.
