IDEAL LOGIC / KESTON BOILERS, RISK OF FIRE, PRODUCT RECALL.

There has been a safety recall issued for IDEAL LOGIC and KESTON boilers manufactured from August 2022 to January 2024.

Please note DW Gas Seevices have never fitted these boilers, however you may have them from other providers. Please check your boiler to establish what make it is.

These boilers are popular in new build estates and if you want to check to see if your boiler is one of the affected models then you are advised to log onto www.Idealsupport.co.uk or contact them on 0808 175 9173.

The advice from ideal is the boiler can still be used and the pressure should be kept at 1.5 bar minimum.
