LGS Modular is proud to have supplied and fitted this purpose-built disability day care centre for our client, for use by HSE services in Co Cavan.
At approximately 100 m², the facility brings together bright day care spaces, private meeting rooms, accessible wash and toilet facilities, a kitchenette, and a dedicated switchgear and plant room. Contemporary anthracite cladding, covered entrances and clean interior finishes create a welcoming, practical environment for service users and staff.
A-rated for energy efficiency and fully compliant with current Building Control Regulations, the building was delivered from order to completion on site in approximately 10 weeks—demonstrating the speed, quality and flexibility of modular construction.
