Wool Store Nursery - Caledon.
The project involves the conversion of the old three storey Wool Store and the construction of a new extension to provide a Nursery School. Plaster to be stripped from internal stone walls and repointed with natural lime mortar. New ground, first, and second floors to be installed with new staircases provided. All external window and door openings to be repaired with new hardwood sliding sash windows and doors installed. Provision of internal partition walls, new fire rated doors, screens, and ironmongery. Provision of zinc roof and wall covering to new extension. Electrical works to include the installation of new Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm and Data facilities. Mechanical works to include the installation of Heating Systems, Domestic Services, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, and other associated mechanical installation works. The provision of fitted furniture, new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes as specified.
External landscaping works to include new limestone walls, paths, bitmac surfacing, fencing, and planting.
