We prepare architectural plans and documentation to accompany planning applications of all s

cales and sizes. We also provide technical design drawings to accompany applications for building regulations submission. We often work closely with other professionals such as structural engineers to make sure our projects have been designed to be precise, cost effective and efficient to build. Our clients are interested in examining various options to extend their property so we prepared a range of different approaches.

As with most options there are trade offs good and bad but depending on the individuals priorities, we can usually make a good scheme of it. We also prepared three options for the first floor which pair up with the ground floor versions.
