✅ Another successful installation completed in Glasgow!

We recently supplied, delivered and commissioned a New Cehisa Dynamic Series C-Motion Edgebander for a valued local customer, helping them take their edge finishing capabilities to the next level.

This high-spec machine is packed with advanced features, including 18 motorised NC-controlled axes, premilling, corner rounding, glue scraping, buffing units, DUOMELT®️ EVA/PUR glue capability, connectivity package, LED Motion System and a quick-change glue tank setup for maximum flexibility and productivity.

To further enhance material handling and operator efficiency, the machine was fitted with full-size air flotation tables at both the infeed and outfeed, allowing large panels to glide effortlessly through the production process.

A fantastic addition to the customer’s workshop, delivering exceptional edge quality, faster setup times and increased production efficiency.

Another successful project completed up in Aberdeenshire 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We recently delivered, installed, and commissioned TWO New HARWI ORCA 1550 WALL SAWS for a returning customer—alongside a full installation of 2x New SIA two-bag dust extractors, one for each machine.

It’s always a great feeling to be asked back, especially after installing a new Harwi wallsaw for them just last October. A complete setup from WS Woodmachinery, ensuring everything is ready to perform from day one.

Another successful delivery this morning in Glasgow 🚚

A brand new Cehisa ONE P+ Automatic Edgebander has arrived at customers and is already being installed and commissioned by Kevin, our expert technical engineer. He’ll also be providing a full day of hands-on training to ensure the team gets the absolute best from their new machine from day one.

This compact, industrial-grade edgebander is built for performance and precision, featuring:

• Twin pre-milling units (up to 50mm)
• T-4X multifunction trimming (end trim, vertical rounding, top & bottom trim)
• Glue scraper unit + buffing unit for a clean, high-quality finish
• Industrial chain track feed system
• Edging capacity: 0.4 – 2mm
• Panel thickness: 10 – 45mm
• Minimum panel length: 200mm+
• Working speed: 6.5 m/min
