Tiled floor in a Victorian house in Penrith. The floor was stabilised with 12 mil Hardy back at first as it was a wooden floor which had some minimal movement in it but after the hardy backer was screwed down at 200 mm centres it stiffen the floor up sufficiently to allow the tiles to be laid with a flexible adhesive and grout with an additive to allow for slight movement
