Another big job with a major drainage problem. We extended the patio massively at this property and also split the garden into two levels by installing a sleeper retaining wall. We installed drainage at the top and bottom of the sleepers to catch the water coming from the top of the garden and then tapped into an existing drain on patio level. Top soiled the full area and laid new turf.
