We’re thrilled to share that we’ve been appointed as main contractor for a brand-new burnt and brushed larch modular building project in Suffolk 🎉.

We’ve teamed up with a UK-based modular unit company to help turn our client’s vision into reality.

Right now, we’re busy at the demolition stage, clearing the old 4 bedroom building to make way for a sleek, sustainable new home 🏡.

👉 Next up: the big moment when the modules are delivered and lifted into place by crane – the project will really start to take shape!

In the busy Roman town of Colchester, this building plot was formerly occupied for over 60 years by a stone mason. We constructed 2 semi-detached town houses linked together with 7 adjacent apartments.
