Quantity Surveyor / Estimator –
We are recruiting for an excellent professional to join our team due to continued growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience either Estimating or Quantity Surveying and will be responsible for working within a well-established team to ensure the work load is managed appropriately, positively influencing the efficiency of the business. The role will be primarily office based however will include the occasional site visit.
It is important you the individual is motivated and holds a professional manner with exceptional interpersonal skills to uphold the high client relationships we have developed.

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Position Overview
• 50 / 50 split with time spent between Quantity Surveying and Estimating
• Working for a well-established construction company.
• Office based role with site visits.
• Working extensively within a well-established team ensuring efficient management of workload
• Working across an extensive range of projects
Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Position Requirements
• 2 years + experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator / Project Manager
• Good experience working within the construction industry.
• Professional individual, motivated to develop business relationships.
Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Position Remuneration
• Salary negotiable depending on experience.
• Company Car and Fuel Card
• Holiday

-Building Labourer Required-

We are looking for a motivated Labourer to help with jobs on and around the site.
Duties of the Labourer include helping move and collect materials, set up tools and help with general building work, working directly for our site supervisor.
The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, punctual, ready to help and learn - and future training courses will be paid for by us!
If you have any previous experience on building work we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, a successful Labourer will be ready to help where there is a need and able to learn new skills that will later help to expand your work.
You must have your own vehicle to get to our yard, pick up points or occasionally site and a valid cscs card.
