Firstly we would like to wish everyone a happy, healthy new year.
Please be aware that the government has introduced a levy on all new boiler sales from 1st January of £120, at the moment it’s not clear if this plus vat or including.unfortunately there is no avoiding this additional charge.
Dates for larger projects that you may require us for (boiler changes, major heating works, bath/shower rooms etc) are available from Monday 19th February as we already have work scheduled,and will also be away for a period of time from the end of January.
We do still have spaces throughout January for servicing, maintenance and minor repairs/replacements.

We’re back and well rested from a break. I will be properly responding to calls and messages from tomorrow. Please bear with us for a couple of days as we start scheduling appointments amongst existing arrangements and reactive work.

Sean and I will be having a break commencing 1st February and we will back at work on Monday 20th February.

Yet again my voicemail facility has been playing up and I’m only just finding messages that was unaware of.
I do apologise to my customers that think I’ve been ignoring them.

To all our customers, I would like to apologise for the lack of response to voicemails left,and net being able to be left.
It turns out that my answering service has been playing up( only just pointed out to me by a customer who couldn’t leave a message)
I’m hoping this situation has been resolved now , and tgat normal prompt replies and callbacks will resume.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CO METERS IN RENTED ACCOMMODATION
To all our landlords and landladys that self manage, new legislation, that comes into force in October, stipulates that all rooms containing a fixed gas appliance MUST have a co meter installed, excluding cookers and hobs.
The co meter must be installed correctly to manufacturers instructions, or, gsur regulations.
We can offer a supply and fit service using “sealed for life” battery operated units, with varying lifespans.
