Ground Screw Bases⭐️

We will now be using ground screws as the base method for our garden rooms! We have teamed up with using their screws and gun to create the base.
Once all screws are in place, we construct a timber frame base that’s elevated off the ground with an air void and fully wrapped in a damp proof lining. The frame is then covered with a 22mm moisture resistant board that is glued and screwed ready for the room to be built on!
