Our current project we have been working on in Monmouth. Conservatory taken down and replaced with a single storey extension. 💪✅

New kitchen recently completed ready for the painters and decorators to provide the finishing touches.

Structural wall taken down and RSJ installed to create a new open space.
Old kitchen and flooring removed.
A full re-wire and new electrical board installed by Carl Oxford Electrical.
Ceilings and walls plastered and mist coated
New kitchen installed
New skirting, architrave and window board.
New flooring installed

That's a wrap for 2023. House refurb in Llandenny of a 400 year old property coming along nicely 👌. Here are just a few photos that have been taken during the process. The kitchen and staircase are installed just in time for Christmas 🎁.

Busy couple of weeks in Llandenny.
✅ Bathroom removed and old stud walls taken down to create a new landing space for a new set of oak stairs. Looking forward to fitting them💪
✅Steel beams installed - all signed off by building control.
✅ Stud walls built for a bathroom and office.

A lot more work to be carried out on this project. Even the customer is getting involved by taking on some of the plumbing and electrical work himself. 💪

We are very fortunate to have worked alongside some great companies and tradespeople this year.

Dean Joinery Ltd supplied a set of Idigbo bi-folds for us previously and we look forward to collaborating again with them.
