Small job last 2 days hack of and re-render these walls after them being incorrectly done to begin with using hp12 render, if I do say so my self it's looks mint and will be coming back to re-do the the rest

2 plastering jobs this week.

first one was in bontnewydd, caernarfon which required over boarding of 4 rooms plus various other bits needing boarded and prepped ready for skim, all ceilings i decided it'd be fitting for them to be curved. Also at this property there was slot of patches due to electrics being done throughout.

Today I was in Colwyn bay to finish a job which needed above the kitchen cupboards plastering followed by a door casing fitted upstairs, 1 door removed and blocked up and finally skimmed all areas that needed doing.

Hall stairs and landing done for a returning client based in old Colwyn.

Prepared all the artex with pregrit and allow to cure over night before applying skim and plastered smooth.

What a difference it's made and enjoyed the challenge of getting the super high landing ceiling done which was over 4m high

Been an extremely busy 3 days and very late finishes but got it all done.

Last minute job, 2 walls in a kitchen to make good and full skim so the kitchen can be fitted without delays.

And a full bungalow to plasterboard and skim through out, and incredibly quick turn around for the client.

Few jobs completed in Colwyn bay and trelawnydd,

Community hub centre needed a window wall repairs after a severe leak so hacked of the necessary areas and a full skim.

Another job needed a down stairs toilet boarding and full skim along with the bay window ceiling over skimmed after removing the artex.

At the trelawnydd job this one needed various areas patched, one full wall re-skimmed due to the previous plasterer doing a very poor job and all whilst taking extra care working around the oak stairs case that was recently installed.

2 flats board and skim after alot of water damage back to Manchester Monday to finish the second flat off and start the 3rd

1 exstention Which was full board and skim before the rest of the extension is completed.
2nd job was a renovation job where all ceilings was over boarded and full skim of the rooms after a full rewire of the electrics was done.

Abit of damp proofing carried out this week.
Job finished today, had to hack off the old render and treat the damp along with re-rendering and plastering , installed 2 air brick vents 1 in the bedroom and the other in the dining room. Whilst I was there I was also asked to plaster the ceiling and patch a few bits throughout the property
