We are currently recruiting for a SPRAY PAINTER.
The successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working for a small privately run company, within walking distance from Cookstown town centre. Rather then painting from morning to night, this role will be varied in the tasks that it involves, making each day different in a continuously moving environment.
Desired
•Experience using Graco paint equipment. In particular, Merkur pumps and G40 air-assisted spray guns.
•Experience using International branded paint.
Essential criteria
•Experience of painting & paint preparation within an engineering environment.
• Able to work on own initiative and proactive in their approach to identifying any quality issues, either before or after paint application.
• Ability to organise workload and stick to deadlines.
• Must have experience in 2 Pac paint.
• Will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all equipment eg; guns and pumps after each use.
• Must be hard working and willing to do overtime to meet production targets set.
Pay will reflect candidate's experience and abilities.
All applicants must be willing to take on a range of other tasks such as; shotblasting, hanging parts for paint, handling/packing of finished parts. Experience in such fields desired, but not essential.
