This excavator bucket needed a new set of coupler brackets to suit the customer's upgraded hydraulic quick coupler.

Rather than relying on manual measurements or trial and error, we captured the bucket in high-resolution using our 3D scanner.

The scan is imported into CAD software, where we reverse engineer the existing geometry and design a new set of coupler brackets that fit perfectly.

Once manufactured, the new brackets are positioned on the bucket, ready for welding with confidence that everything is exactly where they need to be.

This hydraulic tractor hitch started with a full 3D scan using the Einscan Libre — and ended as a precision-engineered solution for our client.
