Our panels yield the lowest carbon footprint when compared to traditional, timber frame or metal systems, with 33kg of CO2e per m2 of wall compared to 117kg of CO2e per m2 of brick block and rock-wool insulation wall (based on a 0.2 value wall). A home made from the GLB system can reduce energy expenditure and carbon emissions by 65% compared to traditional builds, making it one of the best passive house systems around.

The core feature of our building system is a modular panel comprising of two galvanised welded steel wire meshes joined by connectors and enclosing an expanded polystyrene sheet, which is then assembled and sprayed with shotcrete on site to provide structure and weatherproof properties. The system can be used in precast structures, on site in-situ cast structures and on site in-situ spray concrete depending on the project and client needs.
