Today we were delighted to present a £5,000 donation from our Corby Community Fund to The Veterans Cottage, Corby.

Richard Ball, our HSEQ Director and a veteran of the Corps of Royal Engineers, was pleased to hand over the cheque on behalf of Kori Construction.

The Veterans Cottage provides a safe, welcoming space where veterans can connect with others, relax, and access support when they need it most. With no pressure and no judgement, it's a place built on understanding, friendship and community.

Back in December we awarded a £2,450 donation from our Corby Community Fund to Rockingham Forest Trust at Stanwick Lakes.

Working in partnership with Corby Children’s Centre, the donation supports the Nature Families project – an initiative that helps disadvantaged families visit Stanwick Lakes and encourages parents and pre-school children to connect with nature.

In the last few weeks, our donation has enabled 34 families from the Pen Green and Kingswood Children's Centres to visit Stanwick Lakes for Nature Families sessions.

📢 New Project!

Kori Construction has been appointed by Care UK to deliver a new purpose-built 64-bed care home in Mitcham, marking the fourth scheme delivered in partnership between the two organisations.

The proposed three-storey development has been carefully designed to provide high-quality specialist accommodation for older people requiring residential, nursing and dementia care, while creating a modern and welcoming environment that promotes wellbeing, comfort and community for residents.

A range of communal amenities will be incorporated throughout the home, including a café, cinema/bar, hairdresser, lounges, dining rooms and activity rooms located on each floor. Assisted bathrooms, staff facilities, changing areas and dedicated staff lounges will also form part of the development.

We’ve achieved Practical Completion at our second scheme for Science Creates in Bristol.

Known as OMX, this project saw us redevelop an existing industrial unit into a purpose-built incubator, designed to support growing Deep Tech ventures.

The new facility offers CL2-ready laboratories, along with private office spaces, desks, meeting rooms, and social areas.
