amending Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as regards the harmonised classification and labelling of certain substances

As of January 1st, 2025, all activators containing NN-Dimethyl-p-toluidine (DMPT) will be required to carry a carcinogenic label, reflecting growing concerns over its harmful effects. These legislative changes are part of the EU's ongoing efforts to protect consumers from chemicals that pose significant health risks.
