New Build Patio Upgrade | Nuneaton

This new build garden had a small, basic patio that didn’t offer much usable space.

We completely transformed it:

From Overgrown to Outstanding | Nuneaton Project

This garden was completely unusable when we arrived — overgrown, uneven, and falling apart.

We got stuck in and transformed the space:

Dug out and flattened the whole area using machinery

Installed raised sleeper beds and new steps (sleeper and tumble block)

Created a dedicated kids’ play zone at the rear, fully membraned and barked

Laid top-quality topsoil and finished with high-grade turf for a crisp, clean look

What was once wasted space is now a smart, functional garden the whole family can enjoy.

Another large 6 week project completed in Wolvey…

As you can see we have transformed the whole of the grounds around the property.

Starting from the front we installed a new feather edge fence and tarmaced the front drive.

The big area at the front as you come in the gates, we have smartend it up with low maintenance black ice.

The big transformation at the top, we had to dig out the trees, reuse the big slabs at the bottom, for at the top, which now is a great area for a hot tub and sauna area which the customer wanted.

The bottom had a step through the middle, so we dug out and made it to one level with aco drainage running through the middle to take all the water from the patio. As you can see we used beautiful raj natural stone slabs, and we also put new copings on the wall.

We then got rid of the old steps as they were falling apart and difficult to walk up, so we built new steps out of sleepers with raised beds to the side of it, to get up to the top level.

Moving onto the garage, firstly we had to dig all the way round and clear as it was all over grown at the back and also the was water ingress coming into the garage. So we cleared it all and dug it all out to put gravel in to stop the soil being banked up against the garage, which was brining the dampness in. The garage also had some subsidence, so we dug down to the footings and under pinned the side of the building.

At the front the customer owns a very nice collection of classic cars so he wanted them under a canopy which we built out of 8x8 posts and 8x2 timber, with a rubber roof on top and tounge and groove cladding on the sides.

Also a couple of small things, we blacked iced gravelled few places that needed tidying up and installed new fences in a couple of places.

After 8 grab lorries and over 100 ton of aggregate coming in and out, I think the whole project has turned out amazing. We love large projects where we can get are teeth stuck into all aspects of landscaping.

So couple of jobs finished this week, small fence and we are going back soon to do the back fence.

Then we lifted and relaid a path for a olderly couple who wanted a path wider to get his walker down the garden.

Also keep your eye out for are 6 week project coming up on Sunday as it’s finished now in wolvey, what a lovely job that was I will be putting all before and afters up on Sunday.

This is a job we finished last week in Binley..

We reinstalled the fence at the back and installed a new fence down the side.

We also had to rebuild a brick wall and put new coragated roof sheets on the lean to.

We also slabbed at the bottom of the garden that was needed.
