I've been away for a short while but back to the grind with this heat only swap. Removed a 14 year old Ideal Logic and replaced it with a .uk with a Vailiant pack filter which is just a rebranded. Along side a new drayton programmer!

My mate can do it cheaper.
Be careful when employing trades men, cheaper isn't always better. This boiler was installed incorrectly causing the flue to come away in the loft void. It's now been supported and screwed correctly. Note. The photo was taken before the termination was sealed.

A much needed upgrade.

Replaced a worn tired hob for a new sleek modern hob with improved safety features.

0mb drop before and after ⛽️

Installed a gas isolation for the appliance too.
Not a bad way to spend a Monday afternoon

Recent combi swap. I love working on and installing products. They're so well built and set at a good price point.

Slight adjustments needed to be made to fit the filter above, along side a smart thermostat.

Sometimes the easy jobs stay easy.

⛔⚠️ASBESTOS ⚠️⛔.

I was called out to a leaking overflow. This should have been a simple job but it was far from the truth!
The access to the tank was restricted and the Tank was made of ASBESTOS. So a simple fix was out of the question- I drained the tank and removed the connections ready for a specialist asbestos company to come in and remove the tank safely. I then installed a plastic Feed and expansion tank with a new Ball valve.
