"My job was handled very quickly once it was booked and a Serveyer came and assessed my current door as not fit for purpose and measured up for a replacement. "I used MF Plastics to replace an old wooden window frame and a couple of blown out window frames. They were extremely helpful, coming out to give a great quote and explanation of the job. The wait wasnt long at all. On the day of the actual work, they were efficient, polite and very accomodating of the fact I have two rescue cats I needed to move about. MFPlastics were not the cheapest quote we received - but we are more than delighted we chose them! We didn't choose a particularly normal window design and the property we are renovating is not straightforward. From the sales guys to the survey, the fitters to the admin team - nothing was too much trouble and we won't hesitate to use them again for the remaining windows we will require as we complete the project. Top marks for professionalism at every level. We would highly recommend - and I can tell you - we are very picky!
