Today we say goodbye to a much loved member of Team Innovaré.

After an incredible 13 years with Innovaré, Kev Bland leaves us today to begin his retirement.

Kev, thank you for your hard work, commitment and contribution over the years. You’ve been a valued part of the Innovaré team and you’ll certainly be missed!

We wish you a very happy retirement and an exciting new chapter ahead in Thailand. 🇹🇭

Site Update | Holy Trinity CoE Primary School, Rothwell

Construction is progressing well at Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School in Rothwell, Leeds, which is being delivered through the Department for Education's School Rebuilding Programme.

Working with Bowmer + Kirkland Ltd and Pick Everard, Innovaré Offsite is providing the Wrap Solution using our Low Carbon Fire Safe 384mm i-FAST panels for the new two-storey primary school.

The i-FAST panels have been manufactured offsite with windows, stofix brick slip cladding and Benx Supertech Painted Weatherboard cladding in Olive Green installed before delivery to site. This approach reduces site installation requirements and supports programme delivery.

The new school is being built while the existing school remains operational, allowing pupils and staff to continue using the current facilities throughout construction. Innovaré is due to complete its scope of works on site over the next week, marking an important milestone as the project moves into its next phase.

Laureate Academy has undergone a major redevelopment through the Department for Education's School Rebuilding Programme.

The project replaces existing accommodation with a new three storey teaching block and sports facilities, creating a more efficient campus and providing modern spaces for teaching, learning and student support.

Working alongside Bowmer + Kirkland and Stride Treglown Architects Innovaré delivered the buildings Wrap Solution using our Low Carbon Fire Safe 384mm i-FAST panels, forming the external envelope around the building's steel frame structure.

A great day for a site visit in South Wales yesterday, as members of the Innovare team visited Rhosafan Welsh Medium Primary School in Port Talbot to see the progress being made on site.

Innovaré is delivering Phase 7 of the project this week for Morgan Sindall Construction, using our low carbon, fire safe i-FAST panels for the superstructure.

Due for completion in April 2027, the new £29 million school will provide places for 420 pupils and include nursery provision, Additional Learning Needs facilities, and a dedicated Welsh Immersion Unit.

The development will also feature 14 classrooms, community facilities, a dance studio, and outdoor spaces designed to support learning and sustainability.

We look forward to continuing our work with Morgan Sindall Construction and the wider project team as the new school progresses towards completion.

Watch Laureate Academy take shape.

This timelapse captures the construction of the new three storey teaching block at Laureate Academy in Hemel Hempstead, delivered as part of the Department for Education’s School Rebuilding Programme.

Innovaré Offsite delivered the Wrap Solution for Bowmer + Kirkland, using our 384mm i-FAST panels.

The new teaching block will provide facilities for Science, Drama, Music, Design & Technology, SEN and Sixth Form, alongside a library, reception area and main entrance.

Working with Stride Treglown and HEXA, the project demonstrates the application of offsite construction within a large education development.

What role does product data play in assessing the environmental impact of school buildings?

As the construction industry works towards net zero, access to reliable environmental information is becoming increasingly important within the specification process. Understanding embodied carbon requires consistent data covering the full life cycle of a construction product, from raw material extraction and manufacturing through to end-of-life considerations.

Innovaré has developed an independently verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for the i-FAST External Wall system.

The EPD provides environmental data using a recognised and consistent methodology, supporting project teams in assessing environmental impacts as part of the design and specification process.
