We’re proud to announce the delivery of another "high-quality" piece of equipment for our customer’s open day this weekend! 🎉

Featuring:

Before anyone reaches for the warranty paperwork, it’s all completely intentional!

This education rig has been designed to teach the next generation of engineers and maintenance professionals about real-world component failures, fault finding, repairs, and why preventative maintenance matters.

Because sometimes the best way to learn how things work... is to see what happens when they don’t. It also teaches the environmental impact when we don't maintain things correctly. 🔧💧

On one of the hottest days of the year, it seemed only right to give the team a well-earned break from the heat... by gathering in the canteen and eating several boxes of hot pizza! 🍕☀️

In all seriousness, today was a chance to say thank you to everyone for the hard work, commitment, and effort they've put in over the past few months. The team has achieved a huge amount, and it's important to take time to recognise that.

Over lunch, we also shared some exciting updates about the business and discussed what's coming next. These moments are invaluable—not just for keeping everyone informed, but for bringing people together and celebrating our collective success.

I'm incredibly proud of what this team continues to accomplish. Thank you all for your hard work, resilience, and good humour—even when the factory feels like it's competing with the Mediterranean!

We're proud to share a recent project we completed in collaboration with a motorsport client.
The challenge:
Transport an entire race car team using a standard 747 cargo freighter, instead of the usual oversize aircraft that require long lead times and limited availability.
The solution:
Our team at P & D Engineering Ltd designed, manufactured, and certified stackable vehicle transport cradles to allow safe, space-efficient double-stacking of race cars during air freight.
From concept through to final certification, the entire project was completed in-house — with a focus on structural integrity, compliance, and fast turnaround.
✔️ Fully engineered and manufactured in the UK
✔️ Load-tested and certified to meet air cargo standards
✔️ Delivered on schedule to support international logistics
