Customer today had their heating coming on when it wasn't supposed to and their hot water was lukewarm 🤔 The boiler had pre heat set for hot water so the boiler charged water ready to use, but as the diverter valve was faulty it was sending it to the radiators.
New diverter valve fitted, radiators balanced, pre heat setting switched off and everything now running smoothly 🏰🔥

If you're having any issues with your boiler like losing pressure, water hammer or inconsistent heat, get in touch 👌✅️
