Profit Share on F & G Rated Eco Leads – Fully Transparent Model

At Pillings & Co, we are an eco-focused company offering a profit-share model on F and G rated properties. Rather than paying a fixed amount per ABS like many competitors, we share the actual profit generated from each job.

Payment is made within 2 weeks of job submission.

We operate with complete transparency on costs, so you can clearly understand:

Total funding available (based on ABS)

The cost to complete the works

The remaining profit

Your 50% share

There are no hidden figures — you see exactly how each job stacks up, the end goal, and the true profit potential.

How Jobs Are Valued

Jobs are calculated using ABS (Approved Benefit Score)

F and G rated properties typically start at 1,000 ABS and above

Higher ABS means higher funding attached to the property

Because these properties attract stronger funding, we can consistently offer more than competitors who typically pay a flat £2 per ABS.

How the Profit Share Works

1. Total funding is calculated from the ABS score

2. Installation costs (boilers, loft insulation, FTCH, etc.) are deducted

3. The remaining profit is split 50/50

This model scales with the value of the job — there is no cap on earnings.

Example 1 – F Rated Property (1,000 ABS)

ABS value: 1,000 ABS = £10,000 funding

Work required: Boiler + loft insulation

Estimated install cost: £5,000

Remaining profit: £5,000

Your 50% share: £2,500

This already exceeds the standard fixed-rate ABS model.

Example 2 – G Rated Property (FTCH – 1,800 ABS)

ABS value: 1,800 ABS = £18,000 funding

Work required: Full FTCH package

Estimated install cost: £5,000–£6,000

Remaining profit: ~£12,000

Your 50% share: ~£6,000

This equates to £3+ per ABS, significantly higher than most competitors.
