We’re excited to share the completion of our latest project in Leamington Spa, where AccuTemp Ltd supplied and installed 26 Daikin air conditioning units across manufacturing and office areas.

Our in-house design provided efficient cooling and heating throughout the facility, ensuring year-round comfort and performance for both working environments.

We worked closely with the client, offering multiple options and revising our design several times to accommodate changes in their layout. This collaborative approach ensured the final system met their exact requirements.

In early 2022, Toshiba introduced the innovative SMMS-u range, giving us the perfect opportunity to upgrade two existing VRF systems.
By retaining all the original pipework and cabling, we minimized downtime and significantly reduced costs for our client—delivering both efficiency and value.
Fast forward to 2024, and we’ve successfully completed four PPM visits at this site using our in-house Toshiba VRF service tool, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Whenever a component failure occurs we always investigate the system design and monitor back up operation where possible to identity the cause of the failure. In this particular case a faulty expansion valve was diagnosed.

After being asked to carry out a health check on some Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems due to poor temperature control and excessive noise, we were able to identify multiple commissioning errors including incorrect port and BC box addresses. These had previously gone unidentified for almost 3 years.

Commissioning is key to the smooth operation of any VRV/VRF system ensuring it can provide optimum performance and efficiencies.

This Vent Axia Totus 2 Midi was supplied and installed for a school in Kidderminster, providing fresh air and extract which can achieve 90% heat exchange efficiency.

PIR activated and controlled by CO2/temperature sensors in each of the 2 classrooms which will monitor occupancy and respond to the ventilation demands accordingly by adjusting airflow rates.

Installation including ductwork, insulation and commissioning completed by AccuTemp.
