All automotive parts made by FB Fabrications trading as Clive F Performance PipeArt, are covered by a 10 year warranty with the exception of Catalytic converters which are offered with a 1 year manufacturers warranty period. The manufacturers catalytic converter warranty covers the construction of the catalytic converter, and does not cover against emissions testing. Vehicles running healthily that are not running too lean or rich should pass an emissions test with 200 cell catalytic converter installed without issue, but this is not a guarantee. After fitting the engine should be tuned to run a catalytic converter, and emissions should be professionally checked and recorded. Warranty for faulty parts does not cover and we will have no liability to you, in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, neglect, tampering of goods, abnormal working conditions, incorrect fitting or ordering of goods or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. We reserve the right to have any faulty product inspected before refund/exchange. Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days of order for a monetary refund. Goods where a fault is established between 30days and 1year will be either repaired or replaced. Under no circumstances will we accept liability to you in respect of costs incurred such as: (but not limited to) loss of earnings, travel expenses, recovery costs, labour costs or damages etc.
