🔧 Some nice work coming out of the workshop recently.
This replacement multi-groove pulley was manufactured after the original component seized onto the motor shaft. Unfortunately, the only way for the maintenance team to remove the failed pulley was to cut it off.
Using the original component as a reference, we reverse engineered and manufactured a new pulley to get the equipment back up and running with minimal downtime.
