Nissan 350z in for some what was originally suspected minor repairs, as photos can tell this quickly escalated into major repairs requiring whole rear assembly and fuel tank to be removed for access.
Also discovered the rear arches that were replaced previously weren't up to standard and no inner arch repairs were done whilst doing so.
Panels on back order so we will be fixing these the right way as soon as they arrive 🤙

Extremely busy couple of months ahead! You will catch me sleeping here for the next while whilst i try to get through this back log 🫠

Couple hundred hours later and that wraps up the metalwork on this Sierra Cosworth, What seemed like a few small repairs and one chassis leg repair quickly turned into both full rear legs and a ton of other repairs... and that is my LAST job completed.

In this unit 👀

With limited availability now throughout August and September if you are considering getting your project sorted before winter rolls in now is the time to get booked in before you cant!
In the upcoming weeks you will be seeing a couple of longer term projects be finished up so keep an eye out for them.
On top of that at the end of the month i will be making a big step forward which i am very excited for! So keep an eye out for that one 😎

Sierra Cosworth rear arches and full rear chassis legs replaced, all re plug welded from inside and stitch welded in areas to give as much strength as possible. Cleaned, prepped and coated with Epoxy Primer, seam sealed and a nice coat of Dinitrol to keep it protected.
Now that the hard bit is done it's onto the inner and outer sills and a few other niggly bits 😎
