Today was Christmas Jumper day at CHC & F3 for Save the Children UK! What a fantastic effort by all the team who participated in several fund raising activities across the company, including a Christmas raffle, Christmas bakes and a prize giving for the most "Christmassy" outfit to raise a fantastic £350!

NATIONAL STRESS AWARENESS DAY 2022

Becoming overwhelmed by stress can lead to mental health problems. At F3, we have a Stress Awareness Policy in place and linked to this, all CHC Manager’s undertake stress awareness training to help identify and prevent stress at work.

To mark national stress awareness day, our teams were reminded to “take a break”, have a “time out” or enjoy a “breakaway” to recharge and socialize with colleagues!
