A proud moment for us at Sub-Cool FM.

Another great project underway for Sub Cool FM on a brand new office fit out at King William Street.

We’re currently in week one of the installation, delivering 25 ducted units across the project. Due to access requirements, the job involved fully utilising the strip and rebuild service provided by Mitsubishi Electric.

This is a VRF heat free pipe heat recovery system going in by Mitsubishi Electric, replacing a 25-year-old chiller system.

The system consists of:

2 x PURY P300 units serving 13 fan coils
1 x PURY P450 unit serving 12 fan coils

The equipment was specifically selected to suit the access limitations on site while still delivering a high-performance and flexible solution for the client.

The City Multi R2 Series VRF Heat Recovery system allows simultaneous heating and cooling with the added benefit of heat recovery. The PURY-P range offers major advantages in installation, maintenance, and overall design flexibility.

Looking forward to progressing this one over the coming weeks.

An in-house masterclass in design, coordination, and delivery from the Sub-Cool FM team.

Sub-Cool FM has recently completed a high-end residential installation as part of a full
property refurbishment, delivering a discreet and fully integrated climate control solution.

Project highlights:
• Installation of 2x Mitsubishi Electric PUMY P200 systems
• One serving the ground floor
• One serving the first and top floor bedrooms
• 12x ducted indoor units installed throughout the property
• 6 serving the ground floor
• 6 serving upstairs bedrooms
• Fully concealed installation with ceiling modifications carried out during
refurbishment
• Plastered-in grilles across all areas to achieve a clean, seamless finish
• Centralised control system providing efficient and user-friendly operation

This project highlights our team’s ability to deliver complex residential systems with
precision, ensuring performance is matched by a clean, architectural finish. Every stage
from first fix through to final commissioning was executed to the highest standard.

The result is a powerful, energy-efficient system delivering year-round comfort with a
minimal visual footprint.
