Meet the team!

At S. Webber Groundworks our core value is in being groundworkers that you can trust.

In order for us as managing directors to make this happen we require blokes that we ourselves can trust to get the job done. Over the course of the last 4 years the now 14 strong team that we have built around us has stopped at nothing to ensure the high standards that we set and expect are met on a daily basis. We cannot give enough thanks to the amazing team that we have for all their efforts and the constant pride that each individual takes in everything that they do.

But we can take them off-road quadbiking, feed them and give them sore heads on Sundays🤙

SEEKING:

CPCS/NPORS 360 Machine Operators:
- GPS Experience a bonus.

Skilled Groundworkers:
- Must be confident enough in all aspects of domestic groundworks to be left alone and work from technical drawings.
- Skills in forward thinking, man management and previous ganger role experience a bonus.

Labourers:
- Must be reliable with a keen interest in progression through the trade.

Self employed basis with CIS paid, competitive rates of pay based on knowledge and experience.

Must have valid CSCS card.
Must have own form of transport.

S. Webber Groundworks is seeking a Skilled Groundworker to join our team for ongoing domestic site works based in Exeter.

- Must have experience in all aspects of Groundworks related to domestic site works.
- Must be competent in reading drainage drawings and be able to follow standard details.
- Must be confident in organisation of a gang, prioritising workload and able to work as part of a team.
- Must have own transport.
- NPORS/CPCS FTD ticket advantageous.
- Valid CSCS required.

Self employed basis with CIS paid. Competitive rates of pay based on experience. Plenty of ongoing work for the right candidates.

Our gang at Vistry Group, Ikea Way, Exeter have been hard at work for Cjl Construction slabbing and top soiling back gardens.

Great work by the team, tidy as always. Laying the foundations of an environment the house buyer can be proud to call home.

Fantastic start to the year for S. Webber Groundworks, subcontracting through CJL Construction at Persimmon Homes, Mill Gardens, Cullompton.

200m of footings excavated using GPS technology and concrete poured ready for Tobermore Retaining Wall installation.

All within a week🤙
