Another one ticked off the list. A brand new howdens kitchen fitted for a young family in Woodbury. It's always tricky doing structual work in older cobs buildings, and this time was no different! lots of extra steels and plenty of hand digging 💪.

Big shout out to Aaron Rapo for the electrics, and also Calum Hawkins for plastering the whole room out on very short notice!

I think the results speak for themselves!

Barnfield extension. Amy and Joe were looking to add a guest bedroom and some office space. We added an extra bedroom, an ensuite bathroom and an office. 3 large tilt and turn windows and 2 Velux windows added lots of natural light to the spaces. Inside we added a new log burner and opened up the kitchen space that was divided by a rather large stud wall!

New job started in Crediton. Kitchen/louge extension and house renovation. Should keep us busy for a little while!

Job completed in Kingsteignton. Debbie and Andrew wanted to transform their dated lounge and do away with the coving, dado rail and old lighting setup!

We reboarded the whole ceiling and put in a load of new downlights in. The coving had to go and a new feature fireplace was installed with he old gas fire removed safely. The whole room was plastered and new skirting installed. The whole room was then painted in some great colours picked out by the customers.

A new completed job out Tedburn way! Carolyn and Alan were after a dig out and brick base, including drainage for an orangery building in their gorgeous garden space in Tedburn St Mary. This was a particularly fun and exiting job as it was in the height of summer and this type of building was a first for me. All helped by a very nice customer and their choice of materials were great to work with.

Havnt updated in a while, so here's a dump of the now completed extension/extensions at coldridge! A rear extension in place of an old conservatory, we installed 2 big Velux windows in the roof and opened it all up with a 5 meter sliding patio door, which as you can see really takes advantage of the views of darrmoor. We also tacked on a single story side extension which had added another guest bedroom and En suite bathroom. Finally we did a garage conversion which turned an unused garage space into an office and an art room!

This was a great build to do and helped by the fact that the customers were amazing. Phill and Dee I hope you enjoy your new space for years to come!

New site started in crediton. Big dig out, roughly 120 ton out and footings poured today ready for blockwork to start tomorrow!

Big thanks to Buttsy from JCB construction south West for supplying the digger, dumper and concrete for the footings!

Smallish garden walling job in Exeter. 2 properties shared boundary wall was leaning and creating a bit of a hazard. Knock down and rebuild!
