Classic Land & Stone job.

Base prepped and filled with sub base, small set of steps built with reclaimed welsh bricks.

Customer wanted stacked bond 900X600mm slabs which were ordered in specifically for them and then laid to create a large patio area attached via the bifold doors for a great area to be enjoyed yearly.

Job completed by the team this time for Pandy community hall.

Outdated concrete slabs lifted and replaced with grey Indian sandstone. Extra area was dugout so that the whole area is disabled friendly for access to everyone. We also fitted a hit and miss fence for security to the area. The top patio was lifted and relayed so that there was a reduced health and safety risk to the community.

Local job completed in Crickhowell

Old disused swimming pool that we transferred into a useable area for the customer.

Around 50tone was used to fill the massive area of what was the pool. Area was then covered with local sourced soil and turfed. We also laid a patio with reclaimed Welsh flagstones to give an original look. We also planted copper beach for a private hedgerow effect.

Terrace job that included new steps for different pathways to the large patio’d and turfed area perfect to enjoy in the summer.

Retaining wall for a pathway along the house, multiple retained steps, large pad poured ready for a summer house to be built onto, oak sleepers to retain banking, finished with a tumbled black sanstone featured throughout the whole job.

Nice local job where we completely transformed this garden.

Fencing that is double sided for a good look from either side. Large koi pond, custom wooden door to fit existing arch, steps and patio with matching black limestone, retaining wall that was featured with reclaimed local welsh stone to give a dry stone wall effect.

Two single extensions which included retaining walls and a connecting patio between the two builds.

Dig out, footings, exterior and interior of the extensions, retaining walls and patio for a lovely sitting area in view of table top mountain were all completed by the Land & Stone team.

Old fence was ripped out and footings dug ready for this double sided look, brick facing the house and reclaimed stone to support the look of the driveway.

This is a huge job the team completed which was a massive groundswork job. We transformed the whole area from a disused rubble dump into a fantastic sweeping driveway and turfed area.

300 tone of soil was removed to design the drive into the customers satisfaction. We then imported 150 tone of hardcore and sub-base to complete the layout of the drive. The soiled areas which were turfed were also graded so that a ride on lawn mower was able to keep this drive looking stunning throughout the years to come.

Nice local job that the team completed towards the beginning of autumn last year.
Complete back garden redesign, incorporated some round sitting areas and also a large patio at the rear of the garden that have now been fitted for sheds for storage and use, fresh turf was also laid so the garden will be enjoyed to its full use once the weather permits. We also installed a sunken gas tank into the ground so that it doesn’t destroy the view of the garden and also creates further area to be enjoyed within the garden.

Here’s something we don’t frequently get a chance to enjoy. A nice koi pond, with patio’s to add to its feature.

Old flag stones were lifted and relaid, cream stone chippings to surround, to create an excellent events area ready for the good weather

We haven’t post on here for a long time the team have been so busy on jobs but we thought it time to start up dating some of our work so the first updat is a build we completed back in 2023
The team carried out all the works from the ground to the roof and the internals for out!
