Recently completed project involving the extension and conversion of the old police station in Aberfeldy into a one bedroom property. Breathing a new lease of life into an unused building.

Recent project on the South side of Loch Tay.

This involved the removal of the old Nissen style storage shed and replacement with a larger guest accomodation/games space structure to match the existing style. The inclusion of a outdoor patio area gives fantastic views up and down the Loch.

A challenging project however we are very proud of the final outcome.

Recent project involving the formation of a Bat House/Storage/Outdoor space for a job in Fortingall.

Due to the presence of Bats within the nearby sawmill roof, this Bat House was required to be completed before we started any work on stripping the slates and carrying out works to the sawmill roof.
Minor ground works are still to be completed at a later date.

All work was completed under the supervision of a SNH licenced Bat worker.

Finishing touches on a complete renovation to a property in Fortingall.
This project involved stripping out the property back to the internal stonework to enable the complete upgrading of the insulation, windows, heating system etc.

An air source heat pump linked to underfloor heating on the ground floor and manifold controlled radiators on the first floor combined with all the insulation upgrades makes this a extremely efficient property to heat.
Also installed were joiner made drawers and hanging space to the master bedroom all manufactured in our workshop.
