After a month of site preparations, utility infrastructure and access works, we finally get to start the good stuff !!

Reduce dig to plot 5 started today. We have extremely dry ground conditions meaning we can't dig out our trenches safely without risk of collapse so we are reducing to a depth where the foundation depths can be dug safely..

NEWS!!!

We will very soon be launching the images of our plots to be built at our development in Roughton, North Norfolk!!!
But before that and in preparation, We need to complete our business re-structuring. My little contracting company, North Norfolk Projects which I started just over two & a half years ago will cease to act as a public contracting company. As the business model has evolved and the so the aims and outcomes have also changed;
North Norfolk Projects will now be known as NORTH NORFOLK DEVELOPMENTS!
Over the next few days, my page will be adapted and I will start to share images of the plots we will be building over the next year.

We hope you like our new logo and can see what we're trying to achieve.
Thank you to everyone who has liked and followed Projects over the past couple of years. I am proud of all the work we completed for our clients, in particularly our flagship project at Royal Cromer GoRoyal Cromer Golf Cluborward with a clear target of producing new homes which are built with quality, care and careful design.

Well, After nearly 8 long months of planning application, we have finally have been awarded full permission for the development of 3x three bedroom bungalows and 2x four bedroom chalet bungalows!
More updates to follow!

We also have re-structured our business to now include North Norfolk Developments. Look out for exciting updates, News, Branding and our new website as we progress.
