year to change your life!
1 year ago today, I signed up to unsure of what the future was going to bring.
What I found was a community of people, all with the same focus on life, to be 1% better every day.
Fitness is always something I struggled with, especially the food side, I've always had a sweet tooth and still do! Kyle has helped educate me about food and the way my body reacts to different types. Monitoring input vs. output.
24kg down on the first cut in 4 months!
I didn't realise just how much excess weight i was carrying around! Mentally and physically. I have essentially given up alcohol. I still have a couple on special occasions, but I have such a better relationship with booze now! I'm in control every time!
Now aiming towards a photoshoot at the beginning of June and a potential stepping stone to stepping onto a stage and competing in another years time. Something that always interested me. But I never thought I'd have the body to do so, but with Kyle's coaching, I am doing it! Something my 16-year-old self would never have believed.
Focusing on the quality of the food I eat has also had a massive knock on effect on my kids, as a bi product of my new knowledge of nutrition, they eat healthy, mainly single ingredient dinners.
And the best part of all this is that it's been fun every step of the way! Enjoying eating what I want. I'm just controlling portion sizes!!
