🚧 New Project Start – The Alders, Streatham 🚧
We’re delighted to have recently commenced works on a new development for Bugler Developments - The Alders in Streatham.
Our team has already completed the initial hard landscaping works, forming a new resident car park to facilitate the safe demolition of the existing garages, and we are now preparing to begin piling mat works starting Monday.
Our scope on the project includes the full groundworks, drainage, services, reinforced concrete frame, and external hard landscaping, delivering a complete substructure and superstructure package. 🏗️
With the site located directly adjacent to the railway line 🚆, detailed planning, close coordination, and a strong focus on safety will be key as the project progresses.
We look forward to working alongside Bugler Developments and the wider project team to successfully deliver The Alders.
